The Extended CARE program offers your children a warm and enriched environment for hours extended beyond the two year old, three year old, four year old, and kindergarten program sessions. It is available only on the days that your child attends his or her regularly <\/strong>scheduled school session.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The program is available to children on the days that they attend their regularly scheduled class from September through May. The annual calendar lists all openings, closings, holidays, events, and vacations. These coincide closely with those designated by the Baltimore County Public School System, but include a few exceptions.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Extended Care child will attend his or her appropriate toddler, pre-nursery, pre-kindergarten, and\u00a0 kindergarten class. Before and after class, he or she will be placed with the Extended Care group which will be provided with varied activities, including a rest time. Each child brings his or her own lunch, and Havenwood provides the milk along with mid-morning and mid-afternoon nutritious snacks.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Tuition for all Extended Care programs is due the first of the month. This fee is in addition to the tuition charged for school programs.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

A registration form must be submitted by the parent for each child. A down payment consisting of May’s tuition plus a $75.00 processing fee is due with this form. This entire down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
